Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Large furniture pieces may require additional time for white-glove handling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NiMi Projects ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
