MOHEIM SILHOUETTE VASE

A playful way to recycle an everyday item, the Moheim Silhouette can transform an ordinary PET bottle into a stunningly vibrant designer vase. Made from a textured stretch-knit fabric, it fits snugly over any 500-600 ml bottle, giving it a whole new colourful form. The bold bicolour graphic design of a bottle silhouette stretches and forms the shape of the vase, while its gently ruffled edges add a detail that differs depending on the shape of the bottle used. Each side looks different, too, with the colours of the design reversed.

We love that this was designed for plastic drink bottles but is so versatile, it can be used with any small vessel. Available in three bright colour combinations — Navy Blue/White, Pink/Blue and Orange/Sky Blue — it also matches any decor.

Moheim’s Silhouette is a collaboration with Tricote, an innovative Japanese textile designer that specializes in seamless knitted lifestyle goods, all made in Japan using high-tech machinery. These bottle covers are made with an elasticated yarn that is tightly knitted, making them flexible, machine washable and, most importantly, so durable they are re-usable for many years. So before you toss a PET bottle into the recycle bin, why not breathe new life into it with a Silhouette?
